The apartment has three bedrooms (two with 160 double beds and one with two 90 single beds), two bathrooms, and a very spacious living room-kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave, washing machine).

A large terrace offers you a beautiful outdoor space, with lots of greenery around and a view of the mountain range overlooking the village of Bastelica.

New for summer 2026: a large awning replaces the parasols, allowing you to enjoy the terrace in optimal conditions (photos currently being updated).

The private swimming pool is located opposite the living room, at the entrance level, and is surrounded by Mediterranean scrubland and a wooden deck. A haven of tranquility, completely private.

A few detached villas are located opposite, to the northeast (small development), and to the east and south, a generous dose of Mediterranean scrubland and eucalyptus trees.

Adjoining our Eucalyptus studio below, there is very little overlooking.
