Tarif and conditions 2026
The rental rates displayed below are per week for the entire accommodation.
A supplement applies for more than 8 people in the following villas: Bruyères, Lentisques, and Oliviers; for more than 6 in the Eucalyptus apartment; and for more than 2 in the studio.
Customized rates are available in mid- and low-season,
depending on occupancy and length of stay. Please contact us.
Linen is provided: sheets, towels, kitchen towels, as well as pool towels (except the Eucalyptus studio which does not have a pool). The bed linen consists of a sheet and a light duvet with cover, and a bedspread.
Standard cleaning is included, with routine maintenance being the responsibility of the tenants. For any stay of two weeks or more, intermediate cleaning is included (change of sheets and towels, cleaning of floors and bathrooms). Additional cleanings possible upon quote and prior reservation.
For late arrivals, a breakfast service is possible upon prior reservation, at the rate of €18 incl. tax/person - Contact us.
The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the municipality, then repaid to the latter. It amounts to €1.65/adult/day. Children under 18 are exempt. The price poster is available in the accommodation and on our website.
On prior request, we can collect your essential groceries at the Drive in Porticcio the day before your arrival, you will find them on site the next day. Flat rate of €25 to add to the amount of the shopping basket. Please contact us.
In order to allow complete quality cleaning between each tenant, arrivals in high season are from 5 p.m., and departures before 9:30 a.m. at the latest. Reception possible on the day of arrival until 9 p.m. at the latest. For a late arrival, only an independent arrival will be possible, please contact us before booking.
Pets are not accepted, no exemptions will be permitted.

Rental conditions
25% deposit upon booking, the balance being due one month at the latest before the start of the stay.
You can cancel free of charge up to 4 months before the start of your stay. Our rates are then cancellable with costs (25% less than 4 months, 100% less than one month from the start of the stay) - unless the villa can be re-let over the period.
Deposit of 800€ (guaranteed on the credit card used during payment), or by check on arrival if payment was made by another means. Payment by check, bank transfer or credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Holiday vouchers accepted (ANCV agreement).
Tourist tax: 1,65€/adult/day. Those under 18 are exempt.
Price per night possible in low and mid season depending on availability. 3 to 4 nights minimum, contact us for a quote.
Except during high season - for the Oliviers, Lentisques, and Bruyères villas:
- 15% discount on the weekly rate for renting the main part of the villa (3 bedrooms), the 4th isolated bedroom remaining closed (the garden-level bedroom for the Bruyères and Lentisques villas, and the isolated bedroom opening onto the terrace for the Oliviers villa).
- 20% discount on the weekly rate for double occupancy (one bedroom and one bathroom on the main floor, the others remaining closed).
Off season, we also offer rates based on occupancy: one bedroom and one bathroom, the others remaining closed,
or two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the others remaining closed.
