Enter your dates into our booking engine to view rates and availability. Rates are for the entire property; an additional charge applies for more than 8 guests in the "Bruyères," "Lentisques," and "Oliviers" villas, and for more than 6 guests in the apartment.
If you require a smaller sleeping capacity, we can offe - outside of the peak season - customized rates for 2 to 4 guests in our 4-bedroom villas. Please contact us!
Linen is provided: sheets, towels, kitchen towels, as well as pool towels (except the Eucalyptus studio which does not have a pool). The bed linen consists of a sheet and a light duvet with cover, and a bedspread.
Standard cleaning is included, with routine maintenance being the responsibility of the clients. For any stay of two weeks or more, intermediate cleaning is included (change of sheets and towels, cleaning of floors and bathrooms). Additional cleanings possible upon quote and prior reservation.
For late arrivals, a breakfast service is possible upon prior reservation, at the rate of €18 incl. tax/person - Contact us.
The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the municipality, then repaid to the latter. It amounts to €1.65/adult/day. Children under 18 are exempt. The price poster is available in the accommodation and on our website.
On prior request, we can collect your essential groceries at the Drive in Porticcio the day before your arrival, you will find them on site the next day. Flat rate of €25 to add to the amount of the shopping basket. Please contact us.
In order to allow complete quality cleaning between each client, arrivals in high season are from 5 p.m., and departures before 9:30 a.m. at the latest. Reception possible on the day of arrival until 9 p.m. at the latest. For a late arrival, an independent arrival may be possible, please contact us before booking.
Pets are not accepted, no exemptions will be permitted.

Rental conditions
25% deposit upon booking, the balance being due one month at the latest before the start of the stay.
You can cancel free of charge up to 4 months before the start of your stay. Our rates are then cancellable with costs (25% less than 4 months, 100% less than one month from the start of the stay) - unless the villa can be re-let over the period.
Deposit of 800€ (guaranteed on the credit card used during payment), or by check on arrival if payment was made by another means. Payment by check, bank transfer or credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Holiday vouchers accepted (ANCV agreement).
Tourist tax: 1,65€/adult/day. Those under 18 are exempt.
Monthly rates are available during the low season; please contact us for a quote.
During the low season, we also offer occupancy-based pricing for our larger villas (e.g., for one or two bedrooms, with the remaining rooms kept closed).
Rates for the village house range from €170 to €240 per night, depending on the period, with a 5-night minimum stay. Please contact us for all booking inquiries.
